Prime Hunting Land – 78.86 acres including a 17 acre pond is a major attraction for waterfowl located inside the triangle of Flint Hill National Refuge, Neosho Refuge and Marais des Cygnes Wildlife Area. Included are two Kohler in-ground pit blinds that blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings. These blinds provide a discreet and comfortable vantage point, enhancing your hunting experience by maximizing your chances of a successful hunt. On the end of the pit blind are external dog boxes and inside is equipped with 3 built in 15,000 BTU propane burners. The pit blinds are strategically placed on the peninsula and the other one is conveniently located next to the wetland area. The shallow wetland can be flooded and operated with the water control gate. Heavy tree cover around the food plot draws in the wildlife. Deer frequent the property with the low pressure and trails.
